Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Medical Writers with strong expertise in the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process and proficiency in Veeva systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Medical, Dental, or Pharmaceutical sciences (minimum 3 years) and proven experience in developing and reviewing medico-marketing materials. This role offers flexibility to work from home or from our client's office in Bangalore.
This role is not suitable for freshers or Medical Writers with out any experience in the MLR process and Veeva Promomats.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development
Create, edit, and review scientific and promotional content for medico-marketing materials (brochures, leave-behinds, digital assets, slide decks, etc.).
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand strategy and regulatory standards.
MLR Review Process
Manage end-to-end MLR submissions, ensuring timely review and approval of materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, legal, regulatory, marketing) to address queries and revisions.
Veeva System Management
Upload, track, and manage documents within Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Maintain version control and ensure proper documentation of approvals.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Adhere to industry guidelines (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.) and company SOPs.
Ensure all materials meet ethical, scientific, and regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with medical, marketing, and regulatory stakeholders.
Provide clear, concise scientific messaging tailored to target audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Dental, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in medical writing.
Strong knowledge of MLR review processes and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
Experience in handling medico-marketing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with global regulatory requirements for promotional materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare communications agencies is a plus.
